Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Homivy. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@homivy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@homivy.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@homivy.co.uk before returning your item.
